Tyler is a member of the Inquiries and Investigations department. In that capacity, he works on matters presenting particular technical difficulty in terms of the burden of proof and of access to evidence.
His work covers in particular unfair competition, the protection of trade secrets and competitive intelligence, counterfeiting and infringement, asset tracing and debt recovery, employee monitoring, cybersecurity and, more occasionally, family law matters.
He previously served within an intelligence service.
