Any subscription of a fiducie (the French-law fiducie) in a Sicav or in a product must be made after having read the regulatory documents in force. The prospectus and DIC (key information document) of each sub-fund approved and/or authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) or by the supervisory authority of the country in which the vehicle is established.
