Association Française des victimes d’escroqueries financières

Founded in 2015, the AFVEF rests on a simple observation: the majority of victims of financial offences often find themselves powerless in the face of financial institutions with unlimited means, represented by the finest counsel. Those victims then most often give up any action, allowing what they regard as injustices to prosper. And when they do resolve to defend themselves, they most often end up losing, after decades of proceedings and tens of thousands of euros swallowed up, because of insufficient preparation and insufficient analysis of their rights.

In this context, the worst course is to remain isolated, to give up, or to turn to insufficiently experienced advisers who, for want of experience, may miss the flaws in fraudulent schemes and other complex financial or banking contracts. With some ten years behind them and solid court experience of more than 400 civil and commercial proceedings won, the AFVEF’s avocats have the resources and the knowledge required to secure victory in your case. The results obtained speak for themselves.

Thanks to its successes, the AFVEF is now expanding abroad, with representatives in Luxembourg, Spain, Andorra, Italy and the United Kingdom.

Bringing victims together and protecting them

The AFVEF has set itself the objective of leaving no victim of fraud alone with their doubts and questions.

Starting from the observation that, for a victim, the greatest difficulty lies above all in taking the first step, we have decided to do everything possible to make that step easier, in order to help and support them in their approach. Today, no one is safe from banking and/or financial fraud. The consequences are sometimes devastating and may, in the worst cases, ruin lives.

It is now up to you alone to win this battle.
