Henri heads the enquiry and investigations department. In that capacity, he acts on matters presenting particular technical difficulty in terms of the burden of proof and the accessibility of evidence.

His work relates in particular to unfair competition, the protection of trade secrets and competitive intelligence, counterfeiting, asset tracing and debt recovery, employee monitoring, cybersecurity and, more occasionally, family law matters.
