Maïté BATAILLE

Maître Maïté BATAILLÉ acts both in advisory matters and in litigation, mainly in employment law, criminal law, residential leases and credit and consumer law.

Maître BATAILLÉ’s field of practice extends from advisory services, such as legal opinions, to representation in proceedings, and includes handling the steps and formalities relating to each file. A member of the Criminal Defence Group and of the Juvenile Defence Group, she also appears before the criminal courts and the Juvenile Court, in particular in emergency criminal defence.

Maître BATAILLÉ attaches particular importance to listening and dialogue, in order to assert your rights in complete confidentiality and with the highest level of legal certainty.
