Associate avocat (M/F)

You are looking for a position as an associate in business law, litigation, employment law or the law of the fiducie (the French-law fiducie). You hold the CAPA and a Master 2 in business law and / or in digital law / new technologies law / personal data protection law, and/or a degree from an IEP/business school/engineering school or an LLM. You have a very good command of English, enabling you to work with ease alongside an international clientele. You wish to commit yourself to a dynamic team and to develop your expertise and your responsibilities in a stimulating environment by working on a variety of matters. You will join a highly dynamic and fast-growing team specialising in data protection and data security. You will work in close cooperation with the other avocats and legal counsel of the Data Security group, but also with other groups (in particular litigation, competition, M&A and employment law). You will handle an extremely wide range of matters (regulatory, litigation and corporate) covering all the issues relating to data protection and cybersecurity

You are looking for an internship in business law or in litigation, you hold the CRFPA and/or have an excellent academic record in business law, possibly combined with a degree from an IEP/business school and/or an LLM. You also have a very good command of English, enabling you to work with ease alongside our international clients. You wish to join a dynamic team and to develop your expertise in a stimulating environment by working on varied matters. Our interns are integrated into the team to assist the associates, as well as the partners, on assignments connected with ongoing matters. In particular, they take part in drafting memoranda in French and in English and in preparing draft litigation submissions, and they also carry out in-depth legal research.

Engineer (M/F)

You are looking for a position in IT; you hold an engineering degree and/or have an excellent university background in computer science, possibly together with a degree from an IEP/business school. Our engineers are embedded in the team to support the associates, as well as the partners, on assignments connected with ongoing matters. In particular, they take part in the development and implementation of the defence strategy and in the development of the tools required.
Historian (M/F)

You are looking for a position as a historian, you hold a degree in ancient and/or modern history and you have an excellent university record in the discipline, possibly together with a dual degree. You also have an excellent command of English, enabling you to work with ease alongside our international clientele. You wish to join a dynamic team and to develop your expertise in a stimulating environment by working on varied projects. Your role will be to inform and broaden the perspectives of the team and of our defence strategies, by assisting associates as well as partners on assignments connected with current matters. Your role will be decisive, since it will contribute actively to the development and implementation of the defence strategy and to the growth of our fiduciary practice.
